Core lifter & core lifter cases
Core lifters are used to retrieve core samples from the drilled borehole. They securely grip and hold the core sample during extraction, ensuring that it remains intact for analysis.
The core lifter case provides additional support and protection to the core lifter, enhancing the overall efficiency and reliability of the sampling process.
Overshot assembly
An overshot is used in wireline core drilling to retrieve the inner tube of a core barrel from the borehole. It latches onto the inner tube and allows it to be pulled to the surface without removing the entire drill string, thus saving time and improving efficiency during core sampling operations.
The overshot is available in various sizes to suit different drilling applications, including BQ, NQ, and HQ sizes, ensuring compatibility with corresponding core barrel systems.
Coupling
Rockdril manufactures a variety of Couplings used in casings . Theseare manufactured from Carbon Steel or Alloy steel as required by the customers.
SPT sampler
The SPT sampler is used in conjunction with the SPT hammer to collect soil samples from boreholes. It captures a representative sample of the soil, which is then analyzed to determine its properties, such as density, strength, and composition.
Drag bit
Drag bits are used for soft to medium-hard formations. They cut through the material by dragging across the surface, effectively breaking it apart. These bits are designed to provide efficient drilling performance with minimal wear, making them ideal for various drilling applications.
Rose bit & cross chopping bit
Cross chopping bits are designed to enhance drilling efficiency in medium to hard rock formations. They use a unique cross-shaped design that allows for more effective cutting and breaking of rock, providing better penetration rates and longer service life compared to traditional drag bits.
